Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing MyStrataOnline! MyStrataOnline (MyStrataOnline.com) is the sole ownership of Neon Origin Systems Inc. When using MyStrataOnline, which is a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering, you knowingly agree to use the platform (MyStrataOnline) realizing that the platform is still in a trial development phase (Otherwise known as a beta.) and should be deemed to potentially have some form of error in logic or software issues otherwise known as ‘bugs’; whether technical or implementation wise, until otherwise certified by a legal team. We do our best to offer a strata based voting solution which adheres as closely as possible to the B.C. Strata Property Act otherwise known as the SPA. Our interpretation of the SPA may be flawed and we encourage our users to challenge our implementation and report feedback.

These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Neon Origin Systems Inc., the parent development company of MyStrataOnline. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and that you are not barred under any applicable law from entering into these Terms. By agreeing to these terms you are also agreeing to our Privacy Policy. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that organization.

THE SERVICES. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use our Services to manage your strata voting needs. We may change the Services over time as we update and add more features and may need to stop, suspend, or modify the Services, Content or features at any time without prior notice to you.

FEEDBACK. In consideration for receiving access to the Beta Software for testing, You agree to serve as a “Beta tester” for the MyStrataOnline platform. You agree that if you give Neon Origin Systems Inc. Comments or enhancement suggestions otherwise known as feedback on the platform, (the “Feedback”) hereby assigns Neon Origin Systems inc. all rights, title and interest to such ideas for enhancements, including any product enhancements developed as a result of such ideas. You agree that Neon Origin Systems Inc. may use the Feedback for any purpose.
